We not only offer documentation but we also re-study and analyze it. We draw the road map for the development of an ideal operating model, specifically:

      The methodology includes an action plan that identifies implementation stages, implementation timeline, and risk assessment through a plan that describes the scope of work, defines project governance and determines the roles and responsibilities, along with developing integrated plans for project management, change management and continuous improvement and support

We hire and train employees on behalf of our clients and put in place a method to study their performance through the following:

  • Conduct personal interviews and required tests and apply the selection criteria when choosing the right candidates.
  • Recruitment of required number of candidates.
  • Conduct initial orientation programs for the staff (Induction Programs).
